identify ignoring errors

identify will not print error messages (like: Premature end of JPEG
file…) to stderr anymore. And -regard-warnings is not working either,
identify -verbose -regard-warnings corrupt.jpeg returns 0.

Do you have an example image. We get:

-> identify -verbose corrupt.jpg
identify: Corrupt JPEG data: 22234 extraneous bytes before marker 0xd9 `d' @ jpeg.c/EmitMessage/227.
identify: JPEG datastream contains no image `d' @ jpeg.c/EmitMessage/232.
